First time BBFS and Early Retirement.

Lately there has been a lot of talk about BBFS. Well at least much more so than when I started out. And I always knew that it occurred but what I did not know was to which extent. I previously (and naively) assumed it was probably reserved for multiple repeat regulars at higher rates than CFS. Boy was I wrong.
