I just don't understand where our culture has gone?

I have a friend who owns a rental unit. The tenants have refused to pay her for 90 days and counting. They refuse to leave. She callled the police and the police have told her it is an issue for the courts. The courts have told her that she is to request the police's assistance in removing the tenants. So, they are basically stealing rent from her.

If these squatter's did this to my rental property, I would deal with it in 1 hour. I would go to my building and tell them to leave. If they...
