Can't get past nerves

Hey, newbie here.

I've gone to a couple of parlors before and received FS every time but almost all cases I have found It hard to get... well hard. Some times the attendant knows what to do and I'm alright and other times I just can't seem to get it together.

Does this happen to people often? Does it still happen to veterans when they see a new person?
Anyone know if this nervous feeling goes away or any techniques that could help me overcome this?
