I have always gotten this error
"You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action. "
when trying to open an attachment.
It doesn't matter if it imbedded or linked.

I have seen MANY others stating they also have this issue.
I have tried different computers, OS's, browsers & locations over the years.
I hope the admin can help or any of my fellow hobbyists.

Also, if you have the same issue, please reply with "Me too"
