Downtown FS non-asian

Hey folks, love the board lots of great info for an out-of-towner and first timer!

Can anyone recommend a place downtown (I'll be near the Eaton Centre) that has non-asian ladies offering full service? If so, what kind of rates should I expect for 30 minutes or a full hour?
